Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Europe.We DO NOT accept orders from international customers.
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed but the standard delivery time is from 21 - 30 days and is shippend by ground transporation.Delivery times are estimates and commence from the day and time of ordering .Delivery times are to be used as a guide ,delivery location and the items ordered could make the delivery time longer .
Unless there are exceptional circumstances ,we make every effort to fulfill your order the same day from the day you place your order .Product may also be delivered in separate shipments ,which is rare but possible.Business day mean Monday to Friday ,except holidays .
The Shipping Service is provided by third party carrier company.

Eirestore Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
